Waynetown -- Funeral services for Abram V. HART, Civil War Veteran who died  at his home here Tuesday afternoon, from ailments incident to old  age, were conducted n Thursday afternoon by Rev. WH Newlin of the  Christian Church of which he was a member. Mrs. JH Munns; Mrs. DC  Moore; Ernest Livengood and Charles E. Small sang Nearer still  Nearer, NO Night There and Abide With Me. Pall bearers were JH  Munns; JT Cooper; CC Westfall; HC Darnell; JH Harris and JG  Helmick. Flower bearers were Mrs. Laura Biddle; Mrs. John Harper;  Mrs. DC Moore and Mrs. Ed Underwood. Following the sermon the  beautiful Masonic ritual was given by Edgar Rice of  Crawfordsville in a very impressive manner. Representatives of  the Daughters of Veterans of Crawfordsville placed flags at the  head of the casket and also at the foot which remained in place  during the services when they were removed and the casket was  draped with a large flag. Internment in Pleasant Hill,  Wingate. - typed by kbz
